SLEEPS 8. Great location: close to Heavenly Ski Resort, hiking, casinos, nightlife, public transportation, and outdoor activities. Luxury remodeled townhome with a perfect combination of contemporary and rustic design. Two bedrooms + game room. High speed internet. Pacman machine, 4 smart TVs, incl 75" TV with Wii and Xbox 360 for all your entertainment. 2 balconies for BBQ and stargazing. The first bedroom has a queen bed (sleeping 2), and the second bedroom has a full-size bunk bed (sleeping up to 4 kids). The living room has a queen pullout sofa (sleeping 2), the loft has king size sofa (sleeping 2), and the game room has a twin bed plus an air mattress (sleeping 1+ air mattress). Please note that there is no AC. Most homes in Tahoe do not need AC due to the climate.
● This rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service.
● Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am.
● Two (2) cars maximum allowed. Renters are required to properly display a host-provided parking permit on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle.
● Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited.
● During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are required to access this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snow storm.
● All dogs must be on a leash at all times and owners must pick up feces immediately and dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster.
